Description
You're gonna get the tier 3 now instead of tier 2 XD It just fit the story so well that Karhunkarva would tend Sarastus' wounds from the very beginning and then continues protecting the smol pup for the rest of its life.
Against all odds, the little Kukuri pup was awake when Karhunkarva and Kaamos arrived to the farm. Other Kukuris were very curious right from the start, when they saw their handler carrying little ball of fur on her arms. Hunaja ran right away out from barn, trying to sniff the little creature, puffing her fur furiously. Fortunately Kaamos nudged her with his head and told her to stay away for a while. Hunaja stared at her handler, but didn't make any noice whatsoever. Riekko lifted her head from her nest, but proceeded just only to observe. She had a three big eggs right on her side, and she had to keep them warm during this time of year. Karhunkarva greeted Riekko and then went inside, where she laid the pup on table and started untying the knots around it. The pup was very quiet, and surprisingly calm too.
Once Karhunkarva removed last piece of rope around the Kukuri, it lifted itself up and started licking its fur. It was covered in blood within seconds, when Kukuri's tongue opened all the wounds. Karhunkarva fetched medicine and water, and started treating wounds. She was impressed how calm the pup was; even after such traumatic happenings, it was curious and full of life. It has shining bright green eyes and even if it was very thin, its fur was soft and healthy. Karhunkarva did notice however that this pup was extremely young; only couple days old, a hatchling. Not only that it was alone, it was without its parents. The heart of miniature centaur sunk, when she imagined how hard it would be to the pup to start its life. Fortunately, she thought, Riekko just got pups of her own; she would love to take one in and this little pup could grow to adult form with siblings. It would never have to be alone again. Once Karhunkarva finished cleaning the little pup, she thought that this would be the new dawn of it. That's why she named it Sarastus - the break of day.
